Membership Agreement
Please read the following agreement carefully before registering as a member on our website.
1. Parties
a) BAYAR GOLD MÜCEVHERAT LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, located at BEYKAPUSU MAH. DİVANYOLU CAD. NO: 3 / 2 EYYÜBİYE / ŞANLIURFA, registered with Topçumeydanı Tax Office under the tax number 1511055055, operating the website www.bayargold.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).
b) The internet user who becomes a member of the website www.bayargold.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Member”).
2. Subject of the Agreement
The purpose of this Agreement is to determine the terms and conditions under which the Member may benefit from the website www.bayargold.com, owned by BAYAR GOLD MÜCEVHERAT LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided while registering as a member on www.bayargold.com is correct, and that they shall immediately and fully compensate the Seller for any damages arising from the inaccuracy of such information.

3.5. Opinions and thoughts expressed and posted by the members on www.bayargold.com are solely the personal views of the members and do not reflect the opinions of the Seller.
3.6. The Seller shall not be held liable for unauthorized access to member data or any damages that may occur to member software or data.
3.7. The Member agrees not to access or use other users’ software or data without permission.
3.8. A Member who violates any of the terms of this Membership Agreement shall be personally responsible for such violation and shall hold the Seller harmless from any legal and criminal consequences.
3.9. The Seller reserves the right to delete the member’s account and any files, documents, and information belonging to the member if deemed necessary.
3.10. The software and design of the www.bayargold.com website are the property of Bayar Gold / Halil BAYAR and are protected by applicable laws.
3.11. The Seller may collect certain data to improve the website.
3.12. The Seller may disclose the Member’s personal information if legally required or for the protection of its rights.
3.13. The Member should use antivirus protection for their own safety and accepts that they are responsible for any errors that may arise when accessing the website.
3.14. The Seller reserves the right to modify or terminate the content of the website at any time.
3.15. The Seller has the right to change, update, or cancel the membership agreement at any time.
3.16. The parties agree that all computer records belonging to the Seller shall be deemed conclusive evidence.
3.17. The Seller may send informational emails and SMS messages to its members.
4. Termination of the Agreement
This agreement shall remain in effect until the membership is cancelled by the Member or by the Seller.
5. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes arising from this agreement, Şanlıurfa Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
6. Enforcement
By completing the membership registration, the Member agrees to all terms of this agreement. This agreement becomes effective at the time of the Member’s registration.
